Our Excavation Process

1. Free on-site quote within 24 hours. We measure, identify access, check utilities, and give you a written fixed-price quote.
2. Permits and locates. We handle all permit applications and call Ontario One Call for free utility locates — never start digging until everything is cleared.
3. Site preparation. Lawn protection mats, silt fencing for erosion control, marked dig lines.
4. Excavation. Our Yanmar mini-excavators and skid-steer loaders handle most residential work. For larger commercial digs we bring full-size equipment.
5. Spoil hauling. All excavated material is hauled to licensed disposal sites. Clean fill can be repurposed on-site if you want.
6. Inspection and walkthrough. Final inspection with you, sign-off, and full cleanup.
