Reg. 406/19 Excess Soil rules, with sampling if the site has any history of fill. You get the trucking tickets in your closeout package.
Do you backfill around the pool after the builder finishes?
Yes. Once the pool walls are set and the plumbing is in, we come back to backfill with clear stone or screened fill (whatever the pool spec calls for), compact in lifts, and grade for the deck or coping. We coordinate that return visit with your pool builder’s schedule.
